What is aurelo OS?
It is the private workspace behind an aurelo website. Depending on the business, it can manage products, orders, bookings, staff, customers, content and performance without exposing any of that to the public site.
What does the €99–€349 monthly plan cover?
It covers the hosted website, your private aurelo workspace, security and platform updates, backups, support and the modules included in your plan. The one-off build fee covers design, development and launch.
Do I have to pay for modules I do not need?
No. A retailer, barber and consultancy should not get the same dashboard. We agree the workflow first and switch on only the commerce, booking or operations tools that make sense for that business.
What's included in the €1,450 Business build?
A fully custom, mobile-first website plus the setup of either a booking-led or commerce-led aurelo workspace. The final scope is written down before the project starts, so you know exactly what is included.
How long does a build take?
Most website builds launch in around two weeks. A larger booking, commerce or multi-location system may need longer; after discovery you receive a fixed scope, price and launch plan before design begins.
Where do existing clients log in?
The Client login in the aurelo navigation opens the secure workspace. Each business receives its own account and sees only the tools and data included in its setup.
Who owns the website once it’s live?
You own the website code and content outright. aurelo hosts and maintains the connected workspace while your plan is active; ownership and handover terms are set out clearly before the build starts.
Does aurelo take a percentage of sales or bookings?
No. aurelo charges the agreed build fee and a fixed monthly plan, not a percentage of your revenue. Standard fees from any connected payment provider still apply.
What happens if I need changes after launch?
Small content changes, maintenance and support are covered by your plan. Larger features or a meaningful change to the workflow are scoped and quoted before work begins.
