QUESTIONS
The ones
we get asked.
Does the customer need an app?
No. Every NFC phone reads these natively. On an iPhone XR or newer, and on Android with NFC turned on, holding the phone near the card is the whole interaction. Older iPhones (7 to X) need the NFC reader opened from Control Centre first.
What if they have an older phone, or NFC off?
We can print a QR code on the card as well, so there is always a second way in. Ask for it and it goes on the artwork.
Can I change where it points later?
Yes. The tag is re-programmable — the link can be rewritten as many times as you need, and we will do it for you if your Google listing moves.
Can I ask customers to leave good reviews only?
No, and we will not build that. Google prohibits review gating, and a listing caught filtering its own feedback can lose its reviews or its ranking. The card asks for a review; what the customer writes is theirs.
Do I need a website from you to buy these?
No. Aurelo Tap is sold directly as its own product. Standard cards use the Aurelo design and arrive programmed to your listing.
Can I get my own branded design?
Yes, for bulk orders. Standard orders use the Aurelo design shown on this page. Contact us with the quantity and locations and we will price a custom branded run.
