AURELO · PRIVACY
Your data, handled clearly.
This notice explains what aurelo collects through aurelo.ie and the steps we take when you ask about a website, booking system or aurelo OS workspace.
Last updated: 15 July 2026
Who is responsible?
Aurelo is the controller for personal data collected through this website and the enquiry process. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@aurelo.ie.
Before the first commercial launch, the business’s full legal entity name and postal address should be added here and in the site footer. This page is the working production draft, not a substitute for legal review.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, business name, business type, current website, project needs, budget range and message.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser/device information and server logs used to prevent abuse, secure the forms and diagnose failures.
- Preference data: your cookie choice and the date/version of that choice.
- Call scheduling: if you open the call-booking widget, Calendly may collect the information needed to schedule that call under its own privacy notice.
Please do not send health, payment-card, password or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
Why we use it
- To reply to an enquiry and prepare a proposal or next step.
- To provide a requested call or demonstration.
- To protect the website and enquiry pipeline from abuse and keep them reliable.
- To meet accounting, legal or dispute-resolution obligations where they apply.
- To measure the site only where you have chosen optional analytics cookies.
Depending on the activity, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, legal obligation or consent for optional cookies.
Who receives it
We use carefully selected service providers to operate the site. These can include Vercel for hosting, Resend for enquiry email delivery, Aurelo OS infrastructure for the private enquiry pipeline and Calendly when you choose to schedule a call. They process information only for the services they provide and under their own contractual and privacy terms.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, appropriate transfer safeguards are used where required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond, manage the potential relationship and meet legal obligations, using a documented retention schedule. We do not keep enquiries indefinitely. Client-store information is governed by the applicable client agreement and workspace settings.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where the right applies. Email hello@aurelo.ie and we will verify the request and respond within the applicable legal timeframe.
You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Security and changes
We use HTTPS, access controls, environment-secret protection and monitored hosting appropriate to the service. No online system can promise zero risk, so please contact us promptly if you think your information has been exposed.
We may update this notice when the site, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published here with its update date.
