AURELO · TERMS
The terms, in plain English.
These terms cover using this website and sending an enquiry through it. The work itself — scope, price, timeline and ownership — is governed by the written proposal and agreement signed before a project starts.

Who we are
aurelo is an independent web design and development studio operating in Ireland. You can reach us at hello@aurelo.ie.
Before the first commercial launch, the business’s full legal entity name, company registration number and postal address should be added here, in the privacy notice and in the site footer. This page is the working production draft, not a substitute for legal review.
Using this site
You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not copy the site’s design, code, layout or written content to build a competing product or to pass it off as your own work.
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the enquiry pipeline — including probing for vulnerabilities, submitting automated traffic, or overloading the forms. If you believe you have found a security issue, email hello@aurelo.ie and we will look at it.
Enquiries are not contracts
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity or oblige either side to proceed. Nothing on this site — including the pricing section — is a binding offer.
Indicative prices are starting points for the scope described. A real quote is issued in writing after we understand the project, and that written proposal is what governs the work.
The work we show
Projects in the gallery are labelled either Live or Concept Build. A concept build is a complete design and build produced by aurelo to show a business what its brand could be; it is not a claim that the business is a client or that the site is in production. Business names, logos and photographs remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify the work.
Ownership of your project
On full payment for a completed project, the finished website’s code and design deliverables are yours, along with the repository. You keep your own brand assets and content throughout. Third-party components stay under their own licences, and any aurelo platform services you subscribe to remain ours and are covered by their own terms.
Third-party services
This site relies on providers including Vercel for hosting and Resend for enquiry email delivery. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove content at any time. Where content becomes out of date, the written proposal and agreement take precedence over anything published here.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of this website.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice, and how this site uses storage is set out in the cookie notice. Both form part of these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above always shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
